Study On Optimization And Upgrading Of Rural Industrial Structure Under The Constraints Of Water Resources

The current economic and social development of our country has entered a new norm,but our country is still not an economic powerhouse, steady development in China's economic and social security on the road, more and more constraints emerge, the main water resources as the daily life of people from the elements, but also economic and social development indispensable. But in our country, with the development of economy, water resources to the social and economic constraints more and more apparent, a water shortage caused by water shortage, on the other hand, the economic and social development of water resource utilization efficiency is low, serious water pollution, especially in water resources more attention in rural areas are more so. In the current water resources for economic and social development constraints, how to reasonably distribute increasingly important water resources, improve water resource utilization efficiency, reduce the waste of water resources, reduce water pollution, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's rural industrial structure, rural economic and social health,sustainable development, accelerate the process of urbanization in China, improve the rural industrial structure, increasing farmers' income has become the focus of attention of the government and society in China. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to establish the optimization and upgrading of the rural industrial structure under the constraints of water resources.This thesis is under the background that our country economic development, through the summary and compared at home and abroad on the basis of water environment and rural industrial structure research, an introduction is made on the water resources related concepts and industrial structure optimization theory, discusses the influence of water resources on the development of the industry and in Zhoushan Islands as an example, a comprehensive analysis of the Zhoushan archipelago new area water resources condition,water conservancy, water, and Zhoushan archipelago new existing industrial structure, to analyze under the restriction of water resource in rural industrial structure transformation and upgrading laid the foundation.This paper introduces the in Zhoushan Islands to agriculture Ma Ao street as a case,and on the basis of previous studies, put forward the principle and the target of the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure, Ma Ao street water resources and industrial structure optimization adjustment mechanism through the establishment of, full analysis of Ma Ao streets each industry between the proportion of water and the industrial structure of the future development of the Ao Ma Street, based on Zhoushan Islands District Rural Industrial Structure Optimization and upgrading of the relevant opinions.
