| With the development of society and economy, the tourism industry faces the second golden age of development It is also the important mean to promote economic industrial restructuring and future urban construction. This paper, discussing the current situation of the Wula street Manchu town’s tourism development and urban construction through field visits, intends to develop and propose appropriate recommendations in its tourism urbanization construction.The article is divided into three parts.The first part includes the first two chapters, mainly for the construction of urbanization tourism theoretical discourse. The first chapter introduces the background of tourism development and urban construction, which shows a good trend, as well as the research and practical significance. The second chapter makes the discourse by focusing on the concepts of tourism urbanization as well as the outcomes of domestic and foreign research on tourism urbanization, and demonstrates the correlation between the development of tourism and urbanization by using quantitative analysis method.The second part includes the third and forth chapter. The former analyzes the basic overview of Wula Street Manchu town’s tourism resources, tourism and urbanization development situation, and points out the problems in the process of construction. The latter analyzes many features of model in Zhejiang Wuzhen, Jinggang town, Zhouzhuang, Jiangsu, and condenses into a series of experiences in the construction of historic and cultural towns.The third part is the conclusion, including the last two chapters. Aiming at Manchu town, Wula street, the fifth chapter proposes some corresponding strategies from the aspect of industry, land, landscape. The sixth chapter is a summary and outlook. The innovation of this paper is combining the theoretical knowledge of tourism, urbanization and the analysis of Manchu town Wula street, which has a quite practical impact on the future construction of the town as well as the building of other historical and cultural town. However, because of the lack of quantitative methods analysis, this paper may cause the inadequate underestimation for the future practical implementation. |
