With the downturn of China's construction market in recent years, construction design enterprises are facing tremendous external pressure. Since 18th CPC National Congress, "Beautiful China" and the new town construction have brought new opportunities for building design industry's development. Under this macro context, the development of rational scientific development strategy for KT Architectural Design Company Limited, Ltd. has a crucial role.
