However,due to a variety of reasons, Yunnan agricultural reclamation management mechanism of natural rubber can't completely adapt to the requirement of the development of the socialist market economy, the management system, property right system, the industrial development strategy, personnel mechanism, industrial policy, salary distribution, scientific and technological innovation and so on many aspects is not perfect enough, make agricultural reclamation of Yunnan natural rubber industry as not give full play to the advantages and characteristics, the lack of natural rubber products in the international market competitiveness.
