Impact Of Product Quality Innovation On Our Regional Economic Growth

The growth of China's economy is facing a dilemma at this stage,the studies on relationship of product quality and economic growth indicate that upgrading of product quality will bring economic growth.However,there are still many product quality problems in China at present;this restricts the growth of China's economy to a certain extent.Regional economic development is directly related to the development of the whole national economy.Against this background,this paper chooses "Impact of Product Quality Innovation on Regional Economic Growth" as the topic,According to an objective existence of "delay" phenomenon;we construct a two-stage path of the product quality innovation on regional economic growth.Then we use a analysis tool of economics,evaluate the performance of each element in two stages of product quality innovation which affects regional economic growth,combined with the actual situation of China's product quality and economic development,from the perspective of improving conversion efficiency in product quality innovative two-stage,finally,we make some policy recommendations which will help regional economic development.From the theoretical origins of endogenous economic growth,on the basis of a combination of Schumpeter's growth theory,factors that influence product quality innovation,the actual situation of products quality and economic growth in our country,and the theme and purpose of this paper,we construct the evaluation index system to evaluate the conversion efficiency in the two-stage of product quality innovation.In this paper,the efficiency of the two-stage product quality innovation is evaluated mainly from two aspects,the efficiency evaluation in first stage of product quality innovation is mainly technical efficiency evaluation,and the second is economic efficiency evaluation.Based on the experience and data of our 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities(excluding Tibet)from 2006 to 2013,we empirically analyze the efficiency of the two-stage product quality innovative of 30 regions from 2006 to 2009 by using the two-stage DEA model evaluation,and make a sensitivity analysis in both two stages,Compare the performance of each indicators in the two-stage product quality innovation of 30 regions,We realized that it is a common problem that making More efficient use of Innovation Resources and improving the conversion efficiency from Innovation achievements to economic efficiency faced by all regions of China,and get the following main conclusions:(1)Strengthen innovation dominant position of enterprise,scientists and engineers may help enhance the positive impact of product quality innovation on regional economic growth;(2)The conversion efficiency from quality innovation achievements to economic is not high,It means that there is some growth room of positive contribution for product quality innovation on regional economic growth;(3)For most regions of our country,the development of two stages in product quality innovation is uneven,these regions need to take appropriate measures to improve the efficiency levels in weak links.
