Research On Knowledge Sharing Network Structure Of Manufacturing Enterprise Product Development Team

As the market competition environment of modern manufacturing is increasingly fierce, their speed of product updates gradually accelerates, thus, manufacturing enterprise must pay attention to product development. Furthermore, the manufacturing enterprise is a knowledge-intensive enterprise, knowledge sharing among product development teams is the basis for product development. Knowledge sharing among product developers can increase their communication and contact, accumulate product development team's knowledge resources, improve knowledge application value, and have a great impact on team development capabilities and product development cycle.This paper selects DX Motor Company Product Development Team, and use the social network analysis to measure the knowledge sharing network structure of this team, analyze the characteristics of this team's knowledge sharing network structure and find out certain problems, then combining theory and thought of Industrial Engineering, propose some improvement strategies for product development team sharing knowledge network structure.This paper made the following findings:(1) Classify the knowledge of the manufacturing enterprise product development process. First, this paper summarizes the main stages of the manufacturing enterprise product development, and then, classifies the knowledge, according to each stage of product development.(2) Classify the knowledge sharing mode of the manufacturing enterprise product development team. According to the different roles of the manufacturing enterprise product development team, this paper divides manufacture product development team knowledge sharing mode into different modes.(3) Analysis the knowledge sharing network structure of the manufacturing enterprise product development team. Taking DX Motor Company Product Development Team as an example, with the method of social network analysis, this paper analyzes its knowledge sharing network structure, including the structure morphology, density and distance, structure location, team knowledge sharing network structure location is main analysis, including degree centrality and betweenness centrality. And then find out some problems that this knowledge sharing network exists.(4) Put forward improvement strategies of manufacturing product development team knowledge sharing network structure. Based on the results of the analysis, combining theory and thought of Industrial Engineering, this paper put forward corresponding improvement strategies in terms of this network node, density and distance, key nodes and other aspects.In this paper, the research results have certain guiding significances in the analysis and governance for the manufacturing enterprise knowledge sharing network structure.
