| Labor relationship is the most basic and important social relationship today.Contact between the healthy development of labor relations and economic development is increasingly close,harmonious labor relations has a huge impact on the enterprise harmony and social stable.The essence to construct new labor relations is to create a harmonious and stable labor relations.Harmonious labor relations is conducive to mutual benefit,mutual promotion and together development of both employers and employees.Build a "standardized and orderly,fair and reasonable,mutual benefit,harmony and stability" as the goal of the new harmonious labor relations is an important part of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.It is an important and urgent political task of great and far-reaching economic,political and social significance.Sustained and stable economic growth is a basic prerequisite for stable employment.At present,domestic social and economic development has entered the new normal economy,when economic growth is slowing down,there is some uncertainty in our ability to maintain an annual growth of new jobs corresponds to the speed.At the same time,industrial structure adjustment and innovation-driven will influence the existing posts.The emergence of economic new normal have a certain degree of impact on society and people’s ideas,labor relations conflicts showed multiple and high momentum.Such as labor disputes have the potential to continue to grow,the worker of psychological imbalance thus bring a series of new challenges to labor relation and the management.Based on the review of domestic and foreign research status,this paper analyzes the labor relations in our country present situation and the existing problems at this stage,dialysis effect factors to build harmonious labor relations,construct a harmonious labor relations model between labor and enterprise,and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Research shows that build a new labor relation is a huge and complex social engineering,to solve the labor relation problems under the economic new normal,we must through the following ways to build our socialist harmonious labor relations: the government should improve labor laws supporting the implementation of appropriatemeasures,and guide the non-institutionalized adjustment actively;enterprises should strengthen their ability to adapt to the economic new normal,handling of labor conflicts properly;labor union should be truly represent the workers,to meet workers really need and do some really works,and make a difference on its own building;workers must adjust their mentality,improve their own quality and lower their expectations. |
