In recent years, the new generation of migrant workers has been widespread concern in the community. Their turnover rate is very high due to the fundamentally different from its parent,which is a very significant characteristics of the environment for the growth of different groups affected by level of education,way of thinking and behavior patterns. Under the context that enterprises generally lack of staff,it has become a common problem facing labor units that how to reduce the frequency of the new generation of migrant workers to change jobs and to create a better work performance for enterprises as much as possible under the premise of guaranteed profits.This study through literature review, the definition of the concept of the new generation of migrant workers,and summarize the characteristics of it, and elaborated the structure, influencing factors and measurement methods of organizational commitment and job performance,on this basis, according to domestic and foreign research situation,noted the significance of this study. Then,on the basis of theoretical analysis,this study proposes a model and assumptions of the empirical research, and analysis of survey data using SPSS statistical software. According to the results of the investigation and analysis,Based on the organizational commitment and the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, this study proposed countermeasures to increase the new generation of migrant workers organizational commitment level,also pointed out the lack of research and future research prospects.Combined the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers, this study suggests that, by raising the level of generation of migrant workers pay for the new generation of migrant workers,career design as well as to provide real job preview ways to improve the organizational commitment of the new generation of migrant workers,and thus improve the performance of the work of the new generation of migrant workers.
