Performance appraisal is the key element of HR management, and also one important drive of enterprise management. It is designed base on employees'work roles, define various quality and quantity of all tasks scientifically for everyone, and evaluate the performance and contribution of all staffs. Performance appraisal effects on personal working efficiency, and further helping business in achieving final working goal. Under reform of power supply system, the power supplier has to face many new challenges, which needs to study into performance appraisal.The Nanjing power supply company as the research object, base on current environment and management situation of the company. Analysis the weakness of existing HR management, and fine a solution to improve the current situation, This assay analyzes the effectiveness of current using performance appraisal system, based on the existing research of performance management theory. Enhance the excitation mechanism with integral methods, and presented in detail specifications and details. More further, discuss the essential elements in execution, and prove such effective performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.
