The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China took innovation—driven implementation strategy as the important strategic task to accelerate the change of the growth model of economic development.Technological innovation is the key to Innovation—driven strategy. As the main force of technological innovation in China,the private scientific and technological middle and small enterprises plays a very important role in technological innovation and promoting the commercialization of research findings.The technical staff as the backbone of scientific and technological enterprises,their working enthusiasm has the direct bearing on the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,effective motivation for technical staff is a very important issue.This paper,taking a typical example S Co.,Ltd.,a scientific and technological enterprise as there search object,adopts the method of empirical analysis to study.First of all, this article studies the concept of the technical staff, the orientation, analyses the characteristics of skilled workers and induction, the incentive theory and the research status at home and abroad were reviewed and the comb summary, in order to provide theoretical support for the article.Second, made an analysis on the company S` whole situation and present status of skilled workers, according to the current situation of the company S` skilled workers and the status quo of incentive mechanism, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism and induction, from the welfare compensation performance, work, personal development, emotional incentive four aspects of problems are expounded.Later, through the way of questionnaire on company S` skilled workers at the level of concern incentive factors in the extraction of refined compensation performance benefits, work, personal development, emotional incentive four aspects of 33 motivating factors.Finally, according to the survey and the incentive mechanism design principle, the writer designed the company S` technical staff in centive system.Research has shown that different levels of skilled workers whose focus on motivating factors is different; When making incentive mechanism, you need to pay attention to the different needs of all levels, try to take the discriminating incentives or flexible incentive mode, and according to the level of change of the company technical staff overall quality and the change of the proportion, in a timely manner to adjust the incentive system to the company. Hope this research can provide S company and other science and technology enterprises with a certain reference.
