Although L county's financial poverty alleviation work has made great achievements, there are still a lot of problems in the use, management, distribution and efficiency of financial poverty alleviation funds. For example, financial aid-the-poor funds exist losses and waste. There are not enough in throwing into the activities. The use and distribution of funds are flawed. The management mode is not perfect. Supervision and management mechanism is not perfect. Lack of effective performance evaluation system.
