Study On The Effect Of Poverty Reduction On The Change Of Rural Employment Structure

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in the reduction of poverty in rural areas,has become the main force of the world's anti poverty.China's rural poor population has dropped from 260 million to 55.75 million during 1978 and 2015,and the rural poverty rate has dropped from 32.6%in 1978 to 5.7% in 2015.At the same time,rural economic structure is constantly optimized.The important performance is that the rural labor force employment structure is developing toward to non-agriculture,agricultural modernization and diversification.It is obvious that the change in employment structure is based on income,and the change of income level will affect the economic situation of the family to a great extent.It makes people think thoroughly about the relationship between the change of rural employment structure and the rural poverty.Therefore,this paper will explore the reasons for the current rural poverty reduction from the perspective of employment structure,and thoroughly study the problem of the reduction of the leverage effect under the perspective of the rural employment structure changes.Through the collection of a large number of data and related literature,by the theory and methods of econometrics such as co-integration regression and error correction,this paper makes a more in-depth study on the reduction of the leverage effect of the rural employment structure changes.As the opening badge,the first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of selecting the topic,reviews the researches related domestic and abroad,states the research context, route,and method.The second chapter introduces the employment structure and the related theory of poverty,which provides the theoretical support for the analysis of the thesis.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of rural poverty and the changes of rural employment structure,in the fourth chapter,it is mainly through the combination both of them,discussed the change of employment structure in the rural areas how to play the leverage effect in the process of rural poverty reduction from the reaction mechanism.The fifth chapter mainly aims at the influence mechanism of the fourth chapter,from a statistical point of view;the impact of various types of employment on rural poverty reduction is discussed.In chapter six,based on the above research conclusion,proposed how to promote the optimization and adjustment of rural employment structure through effective policy implementation from the perspective of poverty reduction.The research shows that,in recent years,the rural employment structure has been optimized and adjusted,the employment rate of the traditional agriculture has declined,the employment and business employment rate has risen rapidly,and the modernization and diversification of agricultural employment rate is significantly increased.The adjustment of rural employment structure has increased the wage income and operating income of the rural poor families from different channels,and actively promotes the reduction of rural poverty.The statistical examination indicates that,although in the short term,the employment of industrial businesses and the employment of modern agriculture is not conducive to the reduction of rural poverty,but the adjustment of rural employment structure has effectively promoted the reduction of rural poverty in the long term.From the perspective of employment structure,this paper discusses the problem of poverty reduction in rural areas,which broadens the perspective of theoretical research,these all have the certain theories innovation.At the same time,with the goal of poverty reduction,the corresponding employment guidance policy is introduced,which provides a new way for the current policy making.
