Today, the competition between banks is mainly in term of technical development capabilities and product innovation. If the bank wants to have a unique technology development capabilities and innovative products, it is sure to have a group of high-quality human resources. Based on this situation, many banks take the human resources development work as an important management issue. In the development of human resources, staff training can not be compared in the gain of staff knowledge, skills system, enhance the role of employees with the work of other aspects of human resources development tools and methods. Therefore, in order to improve the staff's work, enhance the core competitiveness of the bank, staff training has become an important human capital management of modern banks.The formation of enterprise employee training system in our country has only begun from this century. Affected by the short time development and the lack of experience and other factors, there are still many problems in the staff training system of many banks. And if these problems can not be solved, not only on the bank's human resources development work, but also the bank's healthy development will be hindered. Based on this situation, this study takes the ZZ branch of China Minsheng Bank as an object, and studies the optimization problem of the staff training system.The research is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction; the second part combined with the existing research results, deeply analyses the concepts and theoretical basis this research applied to; the third part combined on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey research methods, researches the status and problems of the Minsheng Bank ZZ branch staff training system; the fourth part based on the existing problems of Minsheng Bank ZZ branch staff training system, optimizes the staff training system from six aspects: training plan, training needs, training content, training evaluation, internal trainer, training forms and time; the fifth part points out the guarantee mechanism of the new employee training system of Minsheng Bank ZZ branch: the leadership attaches great importance, establish corresponding training mechanism, create a learning enterprise culture, etc. The sixth part is the conclusion, which is the summary of the research results and prospect of the research in the future.This research is expected to optimize the staff training system of Minsheng Bank ZZ branch. At the same time, it is also hoped that this study can provide reference for China's commercial Banks and other financial enterprises on staff training system construction.
