Research On The Operation And Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain Based On Third Party Logistics

Agricultural logistics restricts the development of China's agricultural products circulation system,and gradually become one of China's economic growth point.Therefore,the agricultural product logistics has become a hot topic of domestic and foreign scholars,especially for such a large agricultural country,the field of research not only has a strong practical significance,but also more urgent.At present,the research on the supply chain logistics of agricultural products is mainly carried out from agricultural product distribution,agricultural product logistics center and supermarket as the core supply chain model,while the third party logistics enterprises as the core of the agricultural supply chain research less.On the basis of the existing research,this paper puts forward the operation of the third party logistics enterprise as the core enterprise and the leading agricultural product supply chain.First,on the basis of the literature review,introduce the relevant core concepts.(1)to achieve the rapid circulation of agricultural products;(2)to improve the share of agricultural products market share(3)to improve the agricultural products market share of the agricultural products,The Secondly,it analyzes the specific operation mode and structural characteristics of the agricultural product supply chain with the third party logistics as the core enterprise.Mainly from the supply chain organization model,logistics model,management model,revenue model and risk management model of these five aspects discussed.And then reveals the characteristics of the supply chain structure.Thirdly,this paper constructs the supply chain performance evaluation index system after fully drawing on the research results of others and combining with the operation characteristics of the agricultural product supply chain with the third party logistics as the core enterprise.The system includes four secondary indicators,sixteen three indicators,a more comprehensive reflection of the third party logistics as the core business of agricultural supply chain operation effect.Finally,this paper takes the supply chain of Yangcheng Lake hairy crab as the specific case,selects the appropriate analysis method such as AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the supply chain performance synthetically,and draws the following conclusions:(1)the total performance is lower,the supply chain The overall level of operation is not high,there is still much room for improvement.(2)From the performance index of the four secondary indicators,the unbalanced development of each link,the highest economic efficiency score and the lowest operating efficiency score.(3)the degree of information technology in the supply chain is not high,the coordination degree between the supply chain members is very low,the information network is not developed enough,the degree of sharing is not deep,seriously affecting the overall level of the supply chain.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions,mainly:(1)agricultural supply chain is a complex network chain structure,in order to improve the efficiency of supply chain operation,we must give full play to the role of core enterprises in the supply chain;(2)Should strengthen the supply chain information platform construction and management,to achieve real-time supply chain information flow,shorten the response time to customers,to achieve fast and efficient delivery.
