In today's world economic situation is uncertain,the trend of globalization,is becoming more and more obvious,technology is developing rapidly,marketing competition is becoming more and more intense,customers and demographic characteristics are changing,all kinds of pressure attack,challenges of business appear and become more complicated.Facing this situation,it is more difficult to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage of the companies in the competition.Continue to maintain and gain a competitive advantage is the ultimate goal forthe company to achieve,which is also the ultimate goal of the strategic planning to achieve.In the process of strategy formation and implementation,human resources are always the core.Therefore,the design and implementation of company strategic objectives need to consistent with the human resources strategy,the effective implementation of human management,in order to ensure human resource management to adapt to the competition,which could make sure the company should take the leading place forever.J company as the research object,this thesis introduces the human resources strategy of J company through the analysis of the development strategic and the current situation of human resource management.Through the study of human resource practices in J company,revealing that how the human resources management participate in corporate strategy formulation and how the implementation of human resource management strategic effect the execution of enterprise strategy,and achieve the ultimate goal of enterprises,and also hope this thesis could provide some reference for the human resources management strategic transformation in domestic enterprises.This thesis uses the methods of literature research,field survey from the following nine chapters:The first chapter,referring to the first chapter which expounds the background,significance and research ideas and methods,explains the research framework of this thesis;The second chapter,refers to the second chapter which reviews the human resources strategic theory at home and abroad,analysis the human resource management strategic in the strategic analysis,strategic choice and the implementation of the support to the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise,introduces the evolution of human resource management strategic,the main characteristics and the four roles and the main deliverables of human resource management strategic.The third chapter to chapter 8 is the focus of this research.The third chapter introduced the next five years strategic planning of J company,and analysis to achieve the requirement of enterprise strategy of J company human resource management;The chapter 4 present situation analysis of J company human resources management,the J company human resource strategy;research on J company strategic human resource management practices from the organization development,talent culture,incentive mechanism and human resources management transformation those four dimensions.The chapter 5 discusses how the J company establish the efficient organization matching its strategies;The chapter 6 how the J company to establish leadership training as the core of the talent training mechanism;The chapter 7 how the J company to construct the strategic human resources incentive mechanism;The chapter 8 discuss how the J company to promote the success of the human resources management transformation,and support the ground implementation of the human resources strategy.The chapter 9 summarizes the conclusions of this paper,and put forward the prospects for future research and practice.
