Enterprise Annuity namely the supplementary pension, is a welfare institution , which enterprise hold for their staffsin addition to the basic pension plan. It focuses on the improvement of the living standard of the retired staffs, and meets people's nursuit of higher living standard as well. Corporation pension plan could enhance the cohesion of the corporation, improve the labor productivity, and meet the function of long-term insdiration and security. Therefore, corporation pension plan is a pert of staff's welfare plan nowadays, and becomes an important factor of the salary system. It belongs to the field of human resource management.China's Enterprise Annuity has undergone 10 years of development, The construction of the corporation plan in our country is now at a rapid development stage, and more and more corporations have strong interests in it. Under this circumstance, how to organically bombine the corporation pension plan with the human resource strategy. Really play for the Corporation pension plan perfect Salary Management System,The promotion of harmonious labor relations,achieve the objectives of the role of business management, Has become China's Enterprise Annuity System in the development of an important, complex, long-term issues, we need further exploration and study.This paper with basic theory, expound the concept of enterprise annuities, basic features evolution of the enterprise annuity, analysis of enterprise annuity and the relationship between human resource management. Associated with human resource management theory, A Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province Enterprise (Group) for the sample, analysis of enterprise annuity in human resource management application。From staff recruitment and selection,enterprise compensation management,staff motivation and performance management,all aspects of starting the labor relation management and human resources management,comprehensive review of corporate pension schemes. On Corporation pension plan with the actual situation, from the achievements and problem of two angles, summed up the Corporation pension plan in human resources management in effect.Through the presentation of the United States, Japan, Enterprise Annuity in force in human resource management applications. According to China's basic national conditions,from the establish and improve relevant laws and,improve the tax incentive,strengthen the fund's operation supervision,improve the business and employees of the company's well-know degree of annuity, ect. Put forward a truly integrated into the enterprise annuity management of human resources strategy in the overall system, so that enterprise annuity brought into full play the advantages of functional vision.
