A Study Of The Development Of Air Logistics Enterprises Based On Cross-border E-commerce

With the continuous development of cross-border electronic commerce market and the favorable policies in China,cross-border e-commerce industry showed a trend of rapid development,which brings both opportunities and challenges to China's Air Logistics enterprises.How to hold a place in the highly competitive markets of cross-border e-commerce and grow profitably in the long-term is the question our Air Logistics enterprises should think about.China started late on Air logistics industry.There are many issues we encountered in the process of the transformation from domestic e-commerce logistics to cross-border e-commerce logistics.To a certain extent,cross-border e-commerce logistics restrict the development of cross-border e-commerce in China.Our Air Logistics enterprises still can not meet the needs of cross-border e-commerce in multi-dimension.In other words,they cannot establish a win-win model of collaborative development.To keep up with the pace of the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,China's Air Logistics enterprises need to enhance their strength,optimize their service,innovate their administration in order to achieve scale and multi management.Accordingly,it is crucial to formulate effective strategies in accordance with the development of enterprises.This paper aims to promote the sustainable development of China's Air Logistics enterprises.It starts from the basic concept and the development status of cross-border e-commerce and international air logistics,explains the close correlation between cross-border e-commerce and air logistics.This paper also analyzes the problems of cross-border e-commerce that is exits in China's air logistics.In order to solve those problems,this paper proposes the development strategy for China's Air Logistics enterprises with the case analysis.
