This means the enterprises,which aim at being successful in economic competition,have to convert pursuing production quantity into devoting science and technology. Only by this way,their productions could be welcome by customers. China today steps into a now normal.The products from production industry,Witch are effected by over capacity do not sale well.After the glorious period of automobile industry,the market turns into insipid. And the sale number turns to be negative growth increasingly.Therefore,automobile industries,witch want to keep the sale number and market occupancy,have to adapt to new environment and turn the investment to the quality and technological innovation.So the automobile industries are paying more attention on improving quality,promoting technology and inventing new cars. During the new invention period, large numbers of automobile researchers are needed. Especially the automobile designers which are needed mostly are over-demand. Lots of industries realise the lake of designer raining, witch limited the function and development of the company.The paper select the Haiweisite company which belongs to car manufacturing as the research object, and used the literature analysis, survey study to understand the designers’ training situation in Haiweisite company and the problems exist in the training system. The main problems include the insufficient of attention on designer’s training, lack of pertinence on training needs analysis and training methods, and short of training control and evaluation method in training system, etc. According to the actual training situation, we analysis the reasons of problems and improve the training objective with science and experience. Meanwhile,the paper uses the task analysis and performance analysis to improve training demand analysis,and designs the new assessment based on the Kirkpatrick Model. After a series of optimization,Haiweisite training system become more and more complete, and the implementation and safeguard measures keep the operating of new system well. And the training risk management reduces the manager’s worry of losing trained employees,and makes the manager pay more attention of training.By the discovery of investigation and study,the training issues in Haiweisite company are not special,and exist in many similar companies. The paper uses Haiweisite company as an example to summarize a suitable training system to satisfy the demands of those companies. |
