This paper introduces a training needs analysis model, through which S Company has obtained relatively accurate and quantified training needs. Such model makes S Company to organize its training plans more targeted.Meanwhile, this paper has applied analytic methods such as training needs of threelevel analysis, gap analysis, competence features, static training needs(STN), and dynamic training needs(DTN) model into practice. Besides, it has obtained relatively more accurate training needs based on literature review of theories on training management and training needs analysis. These practices and theories have secured the effectiveness of training from its source and have gained positive effects.training needs analysis model applied in this study has provided S Company with an accurate, easy and practical needs analysis method which can lead to effective management of the staff' training needs; S Company has predictive confidence on company's needs by quantifying training needs and can solve the problem of needs lagging behind organizations' needs, which has positive implication on company training management's research and practice. Besides, it is to be implemented and it will offer training managers enlightenments on training.
