With the increasingly severer ecological environment, carbon emissions have become a focus of today's research. The economy cannot develop without energy which is accompanied by the emission of carbon dioxide, but increasing carbon emissions damage to human survival environment has become one of the important factors restricting the sustainable development of social economy. Therefore, exploring the relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions, analyzing the factors of carbon emissions, and exploring the decoupling relationship between economic growth and influencing factors are very necessary to effectively reduce carbon emissions.Firstly this paper uses the IPCC method to estimate the industrial sector carbon emissions of 2000-2014 years in Yunnan Province, and analyzes Yunnan's industrial sector carbon emissions, economic growth and energy consumption,to obtain that the carbon emissions in Yunnan Province industrial sector is increasing year by year, the trend of economic growth is relatively stable, and raw coal plays the most important role in the structure of energy consumption.Secondly, based on the Kaya equation, the paper uses LMDI decomposition method to analyze carbon emissions with multiplicative decomposition and additive decomposition, and break the factors influencing carbon emissions up into strength of carbon emissions industries, industrial energy structure, industrial energy intensity, industrial structure, economic output, and population size. And all of them lead to that economic output is the main factor having a positive impact on carbon emissions, and energy intensity is main one producing negative effects on carbon emissions. Also industrial structure and energy structure of Yunnan Province are important factors to reduce the growth of industrial sector's carbon emissions.Thirdly, based on the methods to decompose of influencing factors, this paper first of constructs OECD model and Tapio model of Yunnan Province industrial sector carbon emissions and overall economic growth, and get that between2000 and 2014,the economic growth of Yunnan Province industrial department and carbon emissions is generally not decoupled, and several years show a decoupling trend, while in recent years the decoupling state has improved. On this basis, combined with the influence factors of carbon emissions and economic growth this paper respectively construct the Tapio model, and get the decoupling relationship between different influence factors and economic growth. Finally according to different influencing factors of carbon emissions in Yunnan Province industrial sector, this paper puts forward some relevant policy recommendations from four perspectives--economic structure, energy structure, energy intensity and government supervision.
