Research On The Management Of Motor Vehicle Driver Training Institutions In Yunnan Province

In recent years,China’s economy has been developing rapidly with tremendous achievements in automobile industry,which makes an upbeat situation of the motor vehicle drivers training industry.According to the statistics,the number of China’s motor vehicle drivers had swollen to more than 320 million by the end of last year,ranking the first around the world.In the last five years,more than 30 million people had applied for the driving license every year,and the number of applicants is expected to reach to 470 million by 2020.This paper,consisting of 5 chapters,is intended to conduct research on the current situation and some pilot projects of the motor vehicle drivers training in Yunnan.Based on a clear and reasonable structure,this paper mainly includes “the theory”,“the historical evolution”,“the current problems”,“the reflection”,“the foreign reference” and “the future direction”.On one hand,this paper is intended to fill the gap of the research on the management system of the drivers training,which also helps to eradicate the blind spot that administrative functions has caused in the process of management.Based on the theory of science of public administration,this paper combines the regional economics with the relevant research results in the science of public administration to conduct the research.On the other hand,from the perspective of the recent management performance of the motor vehicle drivers training industries in Yunnan,this paper,in practice,adopts two research methods-normative analysis and quantitative comparative analysis,seeking to make a rigorous and solid theoretical foundation.This paper is also intended to theoretically analyze the prominent problems in the driver training organizations.By comparing the reforming process in Yunnan to those in other provinces,it conducts a thorough research on the problems and effects of the present policies,then draws a conclusion and puts forward some suggestions.In the current institutional and regulatory frameworks,the ultimate root of this paper is to internally and externally optimize the administrative mode of the drivers training industry,and gradually transform the traditional public administration into administrative decentralization,attempting to prove that such efficient management system will contribute to the reform of the motor vehicle drivers training industry.
