National 12~th five-year plan clearly put forward to develop the new industry of energy conservation and environmental protection,in which the motor-system energy saving is the key projects.In recent years,servo systems are used more widely,such as industrial controllers and household appliances.Performance,function and price of servo products are being concerned more and more.Digital controlled AC servo systems will be the trend,which uses Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)as power units and high quality control strategy,based on ARM cortex-M4 MCU.The mathematical model of PMSM is presented by studying PU model of PMSM.With the theory and characteristic of PMSM vector control analyzed,and the Field Oriented Control strategy employing id = 0 chosen,the control scheme of PMSM servo system is established with three close-loop regulators.Meanwhile,the detailed designs of the servo control system and some servo control strategies are proposed,based on which,simulation studies are carried out.As a result,the validity and feasibilities of the control strategies and the associated servo control methods are proved by simulation results.Then,the hardware system of digital servo control based on STM32F407 is built as an experimental plat form,with software design accomplished in Keil.Experimental results and practical utilizations substantiate that the hardware platform and the associated software design can achieve good the constant speed control,the constant power control and the position control based on SVPWM strategy.
