Spontaneous Construction Research In The Residential Group Of Beijing In The 1980s And 1990s

There is a large number of spontaneous construction phenomena in old urban residential areas,which reflects the mismatch between the growing demand for life and resources.19th session of the National People’s Congress points out the problems existing in our country at present:the contradiction between the growing demand of people and the insufficient development of imbalance.These spontaneous buildings are the residents to use their own way to obtain a better life,because of the conflict between residents’ construction and ministry’s planning,most of these buildings are illegally.This article doesn’t support this kind of behavior,it pays attention to its architecture aspect,and legality doesn’t act as the main research content.This article hopes to take the modernology as the theoretical basis,records these phenomenon to provide the literature and the picture material to this area,provides the reference for the future renewal transformation,secondly is provides some possibility for the future leasing residential building design.Finally,hope this study can analyze and mitigate the contradiction between this demand and unbalanced development from the aspect of architecture.Therefore,there are many new angles and possibilities in the research of this aspect.The thesis is divided into the following six parts:the first chapter is mainly the preparation work of the research.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the thesis and Case study:The thesis mainly focuses on the study of the modernology,self-organization,spontaneous construction and architectural typology,which provides the theoretical basis for the other chapters.This chapter also analysis some examples to provide some guidance.The third chapter first analyse the current situation of the research object to reflect the Beijing 80’s and 90 ’s housing cluster planning and design patterns and characteristics.The second is investigation and record.The fourth chapter is to summarize the research object,analyze its type,characteristic,form and law.The fifth chapter first summarizes the characteristics of spontaneous construction in cities,and secondly,analyse the research object,it discusses how to provide some possibilities for the renovation of the exterior facades of the old residence in Beijing during this period and the design of the renting house.The sixth chapter is a summary of the full text,a brief description of the value of spontaneous construction research,and future prospects.
