Effect Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction On The Components Of Wnt Signaling Pathway In The Brain Of Mice With Focal Cerebral Ischemia (MCAO)

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating focal cerebral ischemia(MCAO)mice and observe changes in the composition of the Wnt/β-catenin under the intervention of Buyang Huanwu Decoction.Methods:C57BL / 6 mices were divided into sham operation group(group A),ischemia group(group B),Buyang Huanwu Decoction group(group C),18 rats in each group.The model of focal cerebral ischemia(MCAO)was divided into group B,gr oup C and group A by sham operation according to Longa 5 method.The rats were sacrificed at 3,7 and 14 days afteroperation,At eachtime point called weight,score d in Neurological with the method of Ayelet Levy 14 method,and detected the expression of wnt1,wnt3 a,β-catenin,Tcf-4.Results:1 There was no significant difference in body weight between the groups(P> 0.05).At the 7th and 14 th day,the body weight of group B,group C was significantly lower than that of group A(P <0.01)Group.At the 14 th day,Compared whit C group,B group has statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that cerebral infarction mice weight loss,and by the treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction may be appropriate to improve.2 After the treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoctio n,the neurological score of group C was significantly better than that of group B at the 7th and 14 th day,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Indicating that Buyang Huanwu Decoction can significantly improve the neurological function of stroke model mice and promote the prognosis.3 The expressions of wnt1,wnt3 a,β-catenin and Tcf-4 in hippocampus of group B and group C were up-regulated and correlated with time,and the expression of group C was significantly better than that of grou p B A group,B group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions:1 Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve the weight of mice with cerebral ischemia and promote the recovery of neurological function.2 Buyang Huanwu Decoction can affe ct the signal transduction of Wnt / β-catenin pathway,so that Wnt1,Wnt3 a,β-catenin,Tcf-4 expression up and play a role.
