| With the rise of positive psychology,research on life satisfaction has received unprecedented attention.Studies have shown that college students’ social support,psychological flexibility and life satisfaction are closely related.This study aims to understand the relationship between social support and psychological satisfaction by understanding the relationship between social support,psychological elasticity and life satisfaction,and to provide a basis for improving the mental health of students in colleges and universities.A total of 772 college students from six colleges in Shanghai were selected for follow-up survey in May 2013,May 2015 and May 2016.The social support scale and psychological elasticity scale(RS-11)and the life satisfaction scale(SWLS)were used to examine the changes in social support,psychological flexibility and life satisfaction.The impact of different social support and psychological elasticity on life satisfaction,as well as the interaction model and influence mechanism.The results are as follows:1.In the aspect of social support,there were significant gender differences in college students(t = 3.38-5.16,p <.01),and the social support of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.There is a significant difference in the social support of freshmen(t =-2.04,p <.05),among which the social support of freshmen in rural areas was significantly lower than that of urban freshman students.There was no significant difference between in junior(t =-1.26,p >.05)and senior(t =-1.55,p >.05).There was no significant difference in BMI(physique)index between college students’ social support(F =.01-1.37,p >.05).In the economic situation,the social support of college students was significantly different in freshman(F = 3.72,p<.05)and junior(F = 6.38,p <.01).Social support of poor college students was significantly lower than that of non-poor college students.There was no significant difference in the senior(F = 1.78,p >.05).In the grade,found that the difference in social support for college students mainly came from freshman and junior,junior and senior,and freshman and senior were not significantly different.2.There was no significant gender difference in freshmen(t = 1.23,p >.05).There was significant gender difference in junior(t = 2.45,p < 0.05)and senior(t =2.16,p <.05),and the psychological elasticity of girls was significantly higher thanthat of boys.There was no significant difference in the psychological elasticity of college students(t =-.86--1.59,p >.05).There was no significant difference in BMI(physique)index between college students’ psychological elasticity(F =.14-.65,p >.05).In the economic situation,there was a significant difference in freshman(F =3.89,p <.05).The psychological elasticity of poor college students was significantly lower than that of non-poor college students.There was no significant difference in junior(F =.99,p >.05)and senior(F = 1.74,p >.05).In the grade,the study found that the difference in psychological elasticity of college students is mainly from freshman and junior,freshman and senior,and junior and senior did not significantly different.3.In terms of life satisfaction,the three survey found significant gender differences in college students(t = 2.71-3.68,p <.01),and the satisfaction of girls was significantly higher than that of boys.There was significant difference in life satisfaction between college students(t =-2.68-2.95,p <.01).The satisfaction of rural college students was significantly lower than that of urban college students.There was no significant difference in BMI(physique)index between college students’ life satisfaction(F =.02-1.36,p >.05).In the economic situation,there was a significant difference in freshman(F = 8.95,p <.01)and junior(F = 3.20,p <.05),the social support of poor college students was significantly lower than that of non-poor college students.There was no significant difference In senior(F = 2.47,p >.05).In the grade,the study found that the difference in the satisfaction of college students mainly from freshman and junior,junior and senior.And freshman and senior had no significant difference.4.There were significant correlations between social support,psychological elasticity and life satisfaction of college students(r =.12-.59).5.The social support of freshman can not only predict the life satisfaction of senior one,but also predict the life satisfaction of freshman,junior and senior students through the mediating role of freshman’s resilience.Conclusion: the level of social support,resilience and life satisfaction of college students is higher than that of College students.there is a close relationship between the three,the resilience of social support and after each stage of the life satisfaction of the intermediary variable,enhance resilience and social support,can promote the level of life satisfaction of College students. |
