Teaching Chinese as a foreign language has got the vigorous development and has gone through more than 60 years since the last century in 50s.With the development of globalization,China shows the world a more positive position,and the cause of teaching Chinese as a foreign language also shows a rising and prosperous trend.A growing number of people learn Chinese and understand China's local condition and customs.It is a big challenge for mandarin Chinese teachers,so the cause of teaching Chinese as a second language is improving and innovation.Teaching Chinese as a second language has gradually became a specialized course and formed a relatively completed system.More and more attention has been paid to the train of listening and it's methods.In the past ten years,scholars have reviewed the results of listening in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,so this thesis aims to sum up the training methods of teaching Chinese as a second language by collecting achievements of teaching Chinese as a second language from 1996 to 2016.In order to provide the better draw on the experience of the further theoretical research.This thesis has five parts:The first part mainly introduced the background and status of the research,and explained the meaning of the topic,the research methods and the related concepts of teaching Chinese as a second language.In the first section,the author was aimed at summarizing the related theory of listening which apply in the teaching of listening.In the second part,the author summarized the research on the practice of listening comprehension in Chinese as a second language.Mainly discussed the listening training's methods and the multimedia technical means's applications in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The third chapter mainly summarized the practice of listening textbooks from material contrast and specific material.The fourth chapter is a review of the achievement test of Chinese as a second language listening.The last part is the conclusion of this thesis.In this part,the author summarized the content of this paper and proposed some suggestions to a prospect for the listening of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
