In the Chinese as a second language teaching, Chinese learners are often subject to the influence of new words in reading comprehension, word guessing is need in reading Chinese students often used to reading skills. On the basis of previous research, advanced stage selection, Chinese level HSK4, 5 grade and 6 grade students as the research object,and interviews and reading teachers, using the questionnaire survey method, case investigation and tracking study, interview and comparative analysis, to understand the situation of students using word guessing skills in the process of reading comprehension.The results show that, with the higher level of Chinese, students will be more inclined to Xuanze guessing strategy in reading comprehension; guessing strategy choice,remain basically the same grade HSK4 and 5 grade students,select the frequency order of morpheme -- Chinese characters knowledge, book knowledge - context - native language and other languages, personal experience HSK6, students in the choice of frequency sequence guessing strategy is: morpheme -- Chinese characters knowledge --context -- book knowledge of native language and other language experience.According to the analysis of students in Chinese reading of words in the advanced stage, this paper provides some opinions and suggestions to the teaching of reading, in order to achieve effective teaching results.
