Pontianak is one of the chinese antient history educational city in Indonesia,and the development of Chinese education in Pontianak is representative.The development of Chinese education is inseparable from the quality of Chinese teachers,and the development of Chinese language education should pay heed to the issues of Chinese teachers.Therefore,this prologue highlights the situation of Chinese mentors in Pontianak as the object of study,and takes in account the actual situation of Chinese teachers in Pontianak and put these issues forward to the corresponding countermeasures.This paper probes the situation of Chinese teachers in Pontianak,Indonesia through questionnaires and interviews.Will the teachers be in the individual professional situation,professional ability and school support,these three aspects in detail discuss the existence of Chinese teaching circumstances in Pontianak.The significance of this topic is to make a detailed understanding and analysis of the status quo of Mandarin teachers in Pontianak,Indonesia,to find out the problems and make sure about the normal analysis putting forward some suggestions to sort out the inconvienince in the future.Chinese language education is beneficial in many ways.Therefore I really look forward for the better placement of Chinese language teachers so that people over there uses it as a muse.
