From the history of Marx's philosophy,Marx's first field of study is the philosophy of right.It can be said that Marx's philosophy of right is the source of Marx's philosophy.In the formation of Marx's philosophy of right,critique of Hegel's philosophy of right is of great significance.This paper,taking critique of Hegel's philosophy of right as an example,expounds the basic views of Marx's early legal philosophy,and probes into the contemporary significance of Marx's philosophy of right in combination with the practice of the construction of the rule of law in China.The first chapter combed the previous historical period of legal philosophy thought,mainly including the ancient legal philosophy thought,the modern enlightenment period of the legal philosophy thought,the German classical legal philosophy thought three stages.The second chapter,after an overview of the process of the evolution of the legal philosophy of young Marx,focuses on the interpretation of the philosophical and philosophical ideas in critique of Hegel's philosophy of right,and summarizes the distinctive features of Marx's philosophy of right.The third chapter briefly summarizes the main characteristics of Chinese traditional legal culture,reviews the development process of the construction of the rule of law in contemporary China,and,starting from the standpoint of Marx's legal philosophy,talks about some ideas on the construction of the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics in principle.
