At present,there is a rapid growth in the demand for academic papers and academic books all over the world,especially for the translation of enterprise and entrepreneurship academic papers.In this paper,the writer select the chapter 5-chapter 7of A Review of Business–University Collaboration as source text to translate and then a practice report based on the translation process was completed.Based on the strict logic of academic texts,the writer will discuss the translation strategies,techniques and ways to complete the practice report through three parts,of deviation,cultural equivalence and mistranslation phenomenon.To translate this text will accumulate the experience and material for academic papers especially for enterprise and entrepreneurship academic papers,know the modes and system of western enterprise and entrepreneurship education and promote the development of our entrepreneurship education.
