A Lecture On The Practice Of Alternating Interpretation Of The Lecture On The Development Of Tourism Resources In Heilongjiang Province

The process of globalization continues to develop.As a part of the global village,China has rapidly developed the foreign aid training programs since 1953.It serves as an important channel of scientific and technological,cultural and economic exchanges for China and other countries,which has been praised by the international community,especially by the developing countries.Foreign aid training program not only shoulders the important responsibility of international exchanges and cooperation,but also shoulder the important mission of promoting China's friendship with other developing countries and spreading Chinese culture.The author worked for the "Seminar on Tourism Development and Environmental Protection for Officials from Developing Countries in 2017" co-hosted by Heilongjiang University.The author was responsible for the consecutive interpretation of the lecture "Overview of Development of Tourism Resources in Heilongjiang Province".Based on this,this report mainly includes four parts: brief introduction,interpretation process,case analysis and practice summary.The author analyzes the typical difficulties in the task,and lists the coping strategies and solutions.
