The application of performance appraisal results is a very important part in the process of performance appraisal,performance appraisal results provide the objective basis for civil servants' rewards and punishments,salary,training and so on,whether the results of performance appraisal can be used directly determine the success or failure of performance appraisal.After many years of development,although the theory and system of the civil service performance appraisal in our country are constantly improving,however,there are still many problems in the application of performance appraisal results,there is no reasonable and effective use of the results of the performance appraisal,there is no good use of performance evaluation results to improve performance,the value of performance appraisal is greatly reduced,whether it is the development of civil servants' personal ability or the operation efficiency of the government system has a negative impact.The reasonable application of the performance evaluation results can make local government human resources planning more reasonable,can make the salary structure of local government is more reasonable,can effectively enhance the local government of the civil service training effect,effectively improve the operational capacity of the civil service,civil service to enhance work efficiency,can improve the efficiency of the whole system of local government,efficient service type government construction has a positive meaning.In this paper,based on the analysis of the relevant literature summary,put forward the problems existing in the application of performance appraisal results of local government in our country,including no tight combination of pay,not closely combined with training,not closely related to career planning and other related issues,and the causes of the related problems are analyzed in depth,and on the basis of the actual situation of our country,the reasonable suggestions and Countermeasures for solving the problems are given.Hope this paper can be used in the performance evaluation of local government in our country has a certain reference value.
