with complex changes in the social and economic development into the new normal,various forms of network media,the news media continue to emerge,especially under the background of today's smart phones,computers and other electronic devices are widely popular,have more extensive masses of information sources,information channel is more diverse,public information more convenient way,participate in social management of channels is becoming more diverse,from the impact of the media is also growing.Since the we-media facilitate communication between the police and the contact at the same time also brought some problems,due to lower the threshold,the public opinion expression platform of choice for a large degree of freedom,the public opinion to compile and analyze the channels greatly complicate.And because of its real-time,the rumor is not easy to control.Between the function of public security organs and the particularity of the extremely easy to become the media and even the public attention focus,but also because masses of news,information,"novelty","addicted to ugly"psychological do mischief,and market economy of adding fuel to the flames,led the media to report to public security lost balance.Especially some harmful media,in order to survive and develop under the condition of market economy,under the banner of the name of the "objective supervision" and selective reporting,even out of thin air,we fabricated the public security organs,the police's negative false news to win the eye,to stimulate the public's nerves,causing the police related public opinion continued to tilt toward the negative direction,and the interests of the masses is obviously opposite.Resulting in grassroots public security organs to become the target of public criticism of the broad masses of the people,greatly reduced people's image of the police,police intense conflict,the relationship between the police and the people nervous.Therefore,how to do well the construction of we-media under the background of community relations,have far-reaching sense to carry out the work of public security.This paper from five aspects of media under the background of the harmonious relations between the police and the construction are presented in this paper.Chapter one is the introduction,mainly introduces background,research significance,research status at home and abroad and research methods.The second chapter through to interpretation of the concept and characteristics of the media and the relationship between the police and the people from,to further clarify the media influence on police public relations construction.The third chapter briefly describes the current public security organs traditional experience and practice of the construction of a harmonious relationship between the police and the people and advancing the achievement and existing problems.Through the analysis of the existing problems,we found that self media intervention of police public relations construction is the need of the development of the times,is objective reality,but also the public security organs to promote the current relationship between the police and the people facing the construction of key tasks.The fourth chapter is to analyze from media in the context of police public relations construction facing the opportunities,challenges and the existing problems,in order to find the breakthrough point of the construction of a harmonious relationship.The fifth chapter is combined with the current social hot issues and on police public relations construction related to conduct in-depth analysis,find the weak link of current public security organs through the contrast of both positive and negative examples.The last chapter is according to the discussion of the previous chapters and searching for we-media to promote the strategies and methods in the construction of harmonious relationship between the police and the people.
