Chinese NGOs Participate In The Study Of Public Crisis Governance Issues

With the deepening of China's political and economic system reform,through the political,economic,social,and cultural and other fields of social contradictions increasingly prominent,also at any time are likely to become an event which could endanger social public security.Once it broke out will bring to the public a great panic,which affects the stability of the society.At present,our country government public crisis is the dominant power of the government.Ngos also participate in public crisis management,but it is due to the insufficient resources,professional ability is limited,and the impact of information communication with the government and the constraints,the extent and the ngo participation in public crisis governance ability are relatively low.Therefore,the government should take effective measures to strengthen the power of the ngo participation in public crisis management.It is against this background,this paper studies and discusses the issues of non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management,its research results to improve the ability of public crisis governance by non-governmental organizations has important significance.Based on nongovernmental organizations(ngos)as the research object,this paper in the market and government failure theory,civil society and under the guidance of governance theory and new public service theory,using the literature research and case study method and discusses the issues of non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management.First of all,the thesis in more detailed and comprehensive description of the current situation of the non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management in China,on the basis of emphatically probes into the existing problems and ngo participation in public crisis governance causes;Second,the thesis more detail introduction to the United States,Britain and Japan's national non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management experience and enlightenment to our country;Finally,the paper aiming at the existing problem of non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management and the reasons put forward the countermeasures.Study of non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management problem,not only help promote China's non-governmental organizations to participate in public crisis management ability,also can promote the development of non-governmental organizations in our country,develop the public has a good volunteer and public spirit.
