In our country,Social organizations in the science education,health care,legal services,culture and sports,environmental protection,poverty alleviation needy and many other fields play an important role.Since the reform and opening up,the vigorous development of social organizations in China effectively solve a lot of social problems in the period of social transformation of China.Social organizations is important part of social governance system,is independent the government department and the market.It is by virtue of its unique advantages to participate in the social governance,and undertake the government administrative system reform to transfer some of the functions,and provide public products and services,is increasingly becoming an indispensable part of people' life,and provide a powerful interpretation for the social governance.Social organization provide public services,and resolve social contradictions,and manifest that the its role cannot be replaced in the social life,and promote the pace of our country to the civil society forward.The the border area social organization of Yunnan Province is grow and develop in environment of China social organization,has local characteristics and common development problems.Based on this and under the guidance of governance theory and the theory of public service,through the status of Lin cang City social organization and in view of the dilemma,we expect that frontier regions would participate in social governance observation and research,and promote the healthy development of social organizations in the border area.In this paper,by the methods of on-the-spot investigation,literature research and comprehensive analysis method,author collect,and analyze data,and author draws a conclusion: lincang city social organizations participate in social governance at an initial stage of development.The problem of Lincang city social organizations participate in social governance as follow: first,the cognition of social organizations participate in social governance is insufficient;Second,the social organizations participate in social management's ability is insufficient;Again,the government,social organizations,social cooperation platform have not been established;Finally,the social organizations participate in social governance's mechanism is not perfect.On this basis,the author puts forward countermeasure Suggestions: first,improved the ability of social organizations participate in social governance;Second,changed ideas and strengthen the propaganda education and guided public opinion;Again,social organizations cardinally participate in social governance;Finally,we should improve the mechanism of social organizations participate in social governance.This thesis with lincang city as the breakthrough point to improve the border region of yunnan social organizations to participate in social governance and to provide individual thinking,and to perfect solution about social organizations participate in social governance,so that enrich the theory and guide the practice.
