Interventional Research On Elderly Social Work In The Elderly Living Alone In Urban Areas

With the rapid development of economic and social,The ageing process is accelerating,The number of elderly people is increasing especially the elderly alone,The problem of supporting old people is very serious.On the one hand,with the traditional family structure has changed,the traditional family endowment are weakened,a large number of lonely elderly people are born in cities,They are the disadvantaged,they need social care from all the people.Life care and spirit comfort for the elderly people living alone need to be solved.On the issue of elderly people living alone,There is a lot of concern at home and abroad.Western countries provide a comprehensive welfare policy for the elderly,but because of China's large population,there are some imperfect places.In the process of coping with aging population problem,the state civil affairs department established various pension policy,to perfect the pension service system and improve the level of pension,the aim is to lay a good foundation for the development of elderly people living alone in China.Combined with internship experience in Shenyang C community,I found most of the old people who live alone need daily care,health care,spiritual comfort and social interaction.In response to the needs of the elderly,I help these elderly people by working in groups and cases.According to demand theory,social support theory and dominant view theory,I want to help the elderly living alone to be able to understand themselves properly,and to know living alone,Increasing the communication between the elderly and the elderly and expanding social support networks.The author selects a lonely old woman as the service object,and carries on the case work.The service object need for daily care and social support,The author adopts the method of contact with volunteers and community workers,Helps service objects solve the problems in life and Find the advantage of the case,increases the person's sense of identity and value.At the same time,I will explore the social support network around her and increase the social support and social communication capacity of the people who live alone,so that the elderly can actively face the future of living alone.By conducting field research and professional services,the author on how to apply the old social work on the problem of urban old people who live alone services has carried on the exploration and research,analysis of elderly social work should be in the application of urban old people who live alone at home endowment service also analyzes the effects of intervention.On the basis of this research,I review and evaluate the professional services,I hoped that through the practice of social work,it will be able to provide some experience and reference for the elderly people who live in the city.
