Moses·Hess(1812-1875),having an important effect on the developing process of Marx's early thought,he was in the first place to study Germany classical philosophy,British classical political economy and Utopian socialism and he tried to combine these three theories to prove his view on socialism and communism, which, promoted the formation of communism of Marx and led him turn to economic sphere to develop his theory of alienation. As Jewish-Germany at the same period,Hess and Marx insisted on persuading the way of people's freedom and liberation. This theory runs through the ideological system of the two, both of whom went through the process of liberation of spirit, politics, economy and society.Hess first turned to the field of alienation and economy, then he combined philosophy and economy together to be an element of social liberation.Under Hess' effect of alienation,Marx came up with labor alienation and turned to economy to discard the alienation. On this ground,he stated political economy, created historical materialism and ended up in scientific socialism. In this tissue,Hess' and Marx's thoughts on people's liberation are stated in a logic sequence. The accordance and differences of their key theories are analyzed. The cause of their differences is,when talking about liberation of society,Marx used historical generative logic and placed the liberation in the field of historical materialism and practical dialectics. While Hess emphasized morality,he used humanistic logic. When exploring human's essence,Hess had different opinions about what the human historical conflict is and finally separated with Marx, turning back to spiritual domain again.
