Wei Yuan's Research On Administrative Ethics

At present,with the deepening of the pace of reform in China,the administrative ethics anomie still exists in the administrative field,and there is an urgent need to establish a new ethical system.In the same time,we should dig out the rich administrative ethics thought contained in our traditional culture,and Wei Yuan is an intellectual influenced by the traditional culture.Wei Yuan in a period of rapid historical transformation,internal and external social reality,Wei Yuan administrative ethics for the formation of the foundation,making Wei Yuan's administrative ethics is unique.Wei Yuan has a great spirit of openness and strong national self-confidence,advocated improvement,put forward the "division of the old technology to barracks," the strategic thinking,and to the principle of practical use of advocacy change the style of study in the late Qing Dynasty.This paper first analyzes the origins of Wei administrative ethics,and then systematically expounded and evaluated the four aspects of the development of administrative moral,the administrative ethical norms,the ideal demands of administrative ethics and the construction of administrative ethics system.Finally,The historical significance and practical value of ethical thought,with a view to provide reference for the construction of administrative ethics in our country.
