| The hulunbuir as ecological protective barrier zone in northeast China,in recent years,important progress has been made in construction of ecological civilization.But generally speaking,the hulun buir ecological civilization construction there are still some problems to be solved.According to Marx’s ecological theory,analysis the hulunbuir ecological civilization construction is of important theoretical and practical significance.This paper points four parts in this paper,the theory of marxist ecological hulun buir guidance for the construction of ecological civilization and enlightenment.The first part,illustrates the basic viewpoint of marxist ecological theory and its practical significance.On the basic ideas of marxist ecological theory,mainly include the nature is the premise of human survival and social development,human and nature is dialectical unity,the harmonious relationship between man and nature is the final home to return to,etc.Marx’s theory of ecological provided guidance for the correct understanding of the ecological problems,provide theory basis for adhere to implement the strategy of sustainable development,provide guidelines to solve the ecological crisis.The second part,the paper expounds the hulunbuir basic aspects and necessity of the construction of ecological civilization.According to the situation of hulun buir area itself,its ecological civilization construction should include adhere to the "four back into the" ecological construction,and strengthening the protection of the ecological construction of green ecological barrier of northern xinjiang and the efforts to carry out the three main aspects such as construction of "ecological city".Perfect the hulun buir ecological civilization construction is not only beneficial to the improvement of the overall national ecological environment,the hulun buir city’s own development is of great significance.The third part,the paper expounds the hulunbuir problems existing in the process of ecological civilization construction and its influencing factors.Main problems including grassland degradation,natural disasters,lack of water and soil erosion,backward farming and animal husbandry production and way of development,etc.Factors affecting the hulunbuir ecological civilization construction,mainly farmers lack strong ecological civilization concept,export-dependent economy mode still exists,resources get reasonable use,ecological management and construction system is not sound,etc.The fourth part,the paper expounds Marx under the guidance of ecology theory,hulun buir construction of ecological civilization path to resolve the problem.One is to establish the relationship between man and nature harmonious concept;2 it is to advocate green production and way of life;Three is to perfect the laws and regulations management mechanism.The above several aspects analysis and elaboration,is for the purpose of adhering to and developing of marxist ecological theory as the instruction,to accelerate the hulun buir ecology civilization construction to provide some reference value for research. |
