Design Of Forest Public Security Information System Based On GIS

Since the twenty-first Century,with the continuous progress of computer and network technology,information technology has developed rapidly,and we have entered the information society,the transformation of the traditional public security work is imminent."11th Five-Year" period,in the national science and technology support program "to support the national police geographic information platform application technology research and application demonstration project" scale under the Ministry of public security organization developed the police geographic information platform,the national police geographic information system construction after years of development,now has formed a large scale application,the majority of provinces and municipal public security organs have been carrying out the construction of the police geographic information system,the initial establishment of a "national map" network operation pattern,to achieve national cross regional,cross police information resource integration,sharing and cooperative operation provides effective support.Forest public security work object has a large geographical span,wide distribution,seasonal migration characteristics,but the shortage of the traditional work mode and the police apparently can not meet the needs of the forestry resources comprehensive monitoring,protection.The working characteristic of forest police determines that it is imperative to construct police geographic information platform.But the design and development of GIS for forest public security are basically blank in China.This article selects the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region forest public security information system design research and development based on GIS to carry on the research.First of all,it summarizes and analyzes the history and current situation of Police GIS in China and abroad,and points out the important role of Police GIS in policing work,and explains the content structure of this paper.The article discusses the concept and features of the management information system,analyzes the characteristics of different police geographic information systems from other application system,discusses the key technologies of the design and development of the police geographic information system,according to the forest public security categories work characteristics of demand analysis.The system design goal and design principle are put forward,and the system architecture design and the distributed 'service architecture design are discussed.Based on the above discussion,the detailed design of forest police geographic information system is carried out:first,the design of the basic platform;two is the application platform design;three is the deployment of docking design;four is database design.Finally,according to the system design,research and development program,research and implementation of Forest Public Security Police Geographic Information System.
