Research On The Public Participation System Of Administrative Decision-making In China

In recent years,with the advancement of administrative rule of law,in the field of price changes,health care reform,urban and rural planning and construction,the public participation systems have been started when our administrative organs developing administrative decision-making process.At present,the administrative decision-making public participation system has achieved initial results,but the system is still facing many problems when running in the operation.For example,the lack of a specific legislation,lacking of public participation,the system of public participation in the generation system is not perfect,insufficient public feedback system,the relevant supervision and accountability system is not perfect and so on.In order to promote the scientific and democratic decision-making and enhancing the acceptability of administrative decision-making,it is necessary to improve the public participation system of administrative decision-making.In particular,the need to develop a special law to solve the problem of local legislation scattered;the need of combining the background of the Internet era rich in public participation in the form of the need to improve the public participation in the feedback system and supervision system;also need to correct the understanding and enhance the administrative organs Public participation consciousness and ability.
