Religious Participation In Home Care Services In The Context Of Aging

With the development of China's aging population situation of increasingly serious and growing older groups,social endowment service supply problem is increasingly highlighted.To cope with the aging social pressure,the state shall encourage and support social forces to participate in the pension services from all walks of life.In order to build a diversified pension service system that based on home care,community care and supplemented by institutional endowment.In this context,the community in response to the national call,combined with its own characteristics and resources to actively participate in the pension services.In a variety of pension innovation and try the process,some religious organizations are also actively involved in the pension services,to contribute to the social pension service.The religion of our country to participate in the pension services development is the result of many factors,including the social endowment service needs,the national social policy,religious charity thought and tradition,and the subjective intention of service object.This study takes the Y institution in Guiyang city as a case study,according to the research and analysis of the present situation of the pension service of the institution,the following characteristics of the Y institution endowment service:(1)the nature of the service,belong to non-profit public service institutions;(2)the way of service,the Y institutions to rely on the way of home care;(3)the main body of the service,showing the characteristics of the combination of pension and mutual support;(4)on the service object,there is no condition limit;(5)service content,with the characteristics of the Spiritual endowment.The relative lack of social pension services,religious participation in the pension services to meet the needs of the elderly pension specific groups,creating a good atmosphere in the pension by promoting filial piety.While promoting the socialization of religion,it is also beneficial to promote the harmonious development of society.However,due to religious participation in the pension service is still in the initial stage,the related policy system is not perfect,social awareness is not high,the lack of standardized management and the management consciousness,shortage of funds.There are various problems and deficiencies in the service,such as pension services have religious participation for non standardized,non professional services,religious influence,and thelack of religious and publicity efforts.In view of the current problems and reasons of the religious participation in the old age.We should improve the policy environment of the religious participation in the pension service,pay attention to publicity to improve the social public confidence,and thus create a favorable external environment for development;And through strengthening the standardization construction of institutions,professional construction,t and to weaken the religious influence to strengthen their own construction.Ultimately promote the orderly development of religious participation in the pension service.
