PDCA Path Study Of The Pilot Project For Standardization Of Municipal Government Services

Since The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as general secretary attaches great importance to government affair opening and government services.General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council jointly issued " Opinions on deepening the administration of public affairs and strengthening government services ",to make a series of important deployment on promoting the construction of government service system,to give full play to the role of the service center,and gradually establish and perfect the government service system.While strengthening and improving economic regulation and market regulation,Governments at all levels pay more attention to social management and public services,maintaining social justice and social order,promoting the equalization of basic public services.As an important platform for the implementation of government affairs and the strengthening of government services,the municipal service center is also a mirror for the public to provide services,to create a service-oriented government,to shape the image of the government.How to use the administrative system reform,improve government service quality by means of standardization,provide high quality service for the public affairs has become a hot spot in the current deepening administrative reform,decentralization and optimization services.In this paper,based on the practice of service standardization pilot project and standardization system construction of Weifang municipal service center,this paper analyzes and studies the current situation of the development and standardization of administrative services in china.Through the PDCA cycle management theory,exploring the service standard of prefecture level city administrative service center pilot project the content and process of construction,summarizes the construction of government service standard system experience,to further improve the government service level of standardization,implementation of e-government service standardization,standardization,integration and unification.
