School bullying has become a serious problem that influences teenagers growth.School bullying refers to the violent behavior between students,especially juveniles in school or school radiation area resulting in damage in right to life and heath,property right and personal dignity.School bullying is continuous,sectional and networking,which leads to serious result,so this problem needs to be solved as soon as possible.Many factors leads to this problem,such as family,school,society and so on so only all social sectors make efforts,can this problem be solved.There are regulations about school bullying in Criminal law,administrative laws and regulations and other rules,but they are not sufficient.Family,school,society,legislation and jurisdiction should take effective measures.The Chinese Communist Youth League as the core of leadership of all youth in China should play an important role in the work of solving and prevent school bullying.Teenagers rights department,advocacy department,community work department and school department are supposed to interact to carry forward the work of school bullying prevention and government.
