Research On The Logic Of Farmers' Action In The Change Of Rural Governance Model

The implementation of the strategy for rejuvenating villages in the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China is a major historical task that is determined from the overall situation.However,in the process of rural governance,there are still unsatisfactory services that are misplaced and in a form.General Secretary Xi Jinping referred to promoting the healthy and orderly implementation of rural revitalization in the two sessions.He did not engage in a one-size-fits-all approach and put an end to the image project.Therefore,this paper starts from the logic of the peasant action,analyzes the relationship between the peasants' action logic and the rural governance model,and tries to find effective measures that are conducive to realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.This paper aims to solve the problem of the relationship between the evolution of the village governance model and the reform of the farmers' action methods since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The first chapter combs the logic of peasant action and the meaning of rural governance,and analyzes the relationship between debugging and contracting.The second chapter combs the evolution of the rural governance model since the founding of the People's Republic of China and the transformation of farmers' actions.The third chapter analyzes the diversification of China's farmers' action orientation and its causes.The fourth chapter proposes the logical integration of peasant actions from the perspective of the state,society and individuals.Through the above writing,it is concluded that the relationship between the two is lagging behind in adjustment.The peasants' actions are increasingly turning to self-government,subjectivity,and urbanization,and they can play a supervisory role in rural governance.It is proposed that the main role of farmers should be brought into play,the system of rural self-governance and social co-governance should be improved,and multiple governance should be carried out from the state,society,and individualaspects,thereby demonstrating the leading role of socialist values in rural governance.In the research process,social action theory,collective action theory,and communitarianism theory were used,and literature analysis and historical analysis were used.At the same time,foreign experts and scholars are recruited to make recommendations for the study of China's peasant theory,with a view to providing reference for rural governance in China.This is a long-term task that requires the joint governance of multiple entities of the state,society,farmers,and rural self-government organizations.
