Because our country is currently in the transitional stage of transformation and development,the social strata often lead to a variety of conflicts and contradictions,followed by the emergence of all kinds of public events,a good government response to the timely resolution of events in the public opposition The Sudden Crises due to its sudden,the public opinion effect is often concentrated in a short period of time outbreak.The government deal with the Sudden Crises with a greater pressure.And with the increasing development of Internet and the increasing number of Internet users,the Internet has become the most important public expression of space.Therefore,the network of public opinion has gradually become a new form of social public opinion.Especially in Sudden Crises,such public events of the network public opinion object is often the government public authority.The correctness of the government in dealing with the way of public opinion on the Internet is closely related to the further development of the situation.The handling of the government is not easy to cause the contradiction between the government and the citizens.It will aggravate the uncertainty of public sentiment and easily upgrade to mass incidents,For the stability and harmony of society to bring instability hidden.In academic,this research involving the journalism,psychology,public management,crisis management and other fields of theoretical research.In this paper,based on the above theoretical research,I used the literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire method,etc.On the Shanghai typical events of the network public opinion evolution as the main research object,through the evolution cycle of public opinion on the internet in the Sudden Crises,discuss with some typical cases of in-depth analysis,summarizing the experiences and lessons of the government's response to the public affairs network to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the government.Making the reference value for of the government to resolve the problem,and promote social stability and harmony.
