The Ming Dynasty Patrolled The Generation, Transformation And Revelation Of The Imperial System

This paper follow up a clue to find the generation and change of the censor system use normative framework of historical institutionalism,attempts to show the dynamic process,key nodes,path dependence and dynamic mechanism of the formation and change of the censor system in the Ming Dynasty,and explores how the institution generate and transform in the comprehensive effects of the environment,the concept and the actors.And finally clarify its advantages and disadvantages in the history of the Ming Dynasty,to provide reference for the reform of contemporary China's supervision system.The first part of the article is an introduction.This part mainly introduced purpose and significance of the topic,the status quo of domestic and foreign academic research,core concepts,research ideas and methods and possible innovation points.By this part to determine the direction of this study-to fill the blank in the past research that the academic community has been from a historical perspective on the analysis of the system,and scarcity normative theoretical study of political science;and reveals the logic and the motive behind the formation and vicissitude of the censor system in the Ming dynasty,and provides useful reference for the development and perfection of the inspection work of the central patrol group.The second part is the combing of the theory of historical institutionalism,including:the origin and connotation of historical institutionalism,the theory of institutional generation,the theory of institutional change,and the concept of key nodes,path dependence and system lockout.By this part,we can better to demonstrate the scientific,rational and superiority of the methods of the historical institutionalism.The third part is the research of the system's generation,focusing on key nodes and dynamic mechanism of the system.By this part,we argue that the Hongwu period is the embryonic stage of censor system in the Ming Dynasty,and the embryonic form of the system is initially established.The key node of generation of the system is in the first year of Yongle in February when MingChengZu restored ancestral system,marking the formal establishment of the system.In the process of system's generation,the experience of the system of supervisors has played a role in shaping,abolishing the system of the prime minister and the provincial system,the implementation of the division of the three divisions,and the difficult battle of the system has formed a new challenge to the generation of the system.MingTaiZu and MingChengZu designde systems under the concept that "things are all in the court",and ultimately promoted the generation of the censor system.The fourth part is the study of institutional change,that the period of Ming Xiaozong as the boundary,filial piety before the system changes mainly for the evolution of function,then the performance of the path dependence.The change of the censor system has both the subjective and conscious factors of the emperor and the unconscious elements that are influenced by the objective environment.Subjectively speaking,in order to ensure the normal operation of the state machine that the monarch needs to rely on bureaucratic system administration and need a top-down monitoring network.From the objective environment changes,the Ming Dynasty social,economic environment and political pattern changes,will inevitably have a profound impact on the system.The fifth part is the conclusion and the inspiration,summarizes the formation and the change of the censor system,and on this basis,puts forward some inspiration to the supervision system of the present inspection,that is to strengthen the supervision of the supervisor,the combination of personnel and system and the construction of institutional ecology.Historical institutionalism is not a panacea,not even a delicate analytical framework.But this does not preclude it from providing a methodological advantage,especially in the analysis of the generation and transformation of the system.In this paper,the author makes a comprehensive,dynamic and real show of the formation and vicissitude of the censor system in Ming Dynasty,and clearly recognizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
