On Ethical Responsibilities Of Civil Servants In Service- Oriented Government

The important focus on constructing a service-oriented government is that this core value idea of the service, the foundation of the people and the responsibilities must be embodied. For those who were already accustomed to working under the management government, the civil servants must fulfill the responsibilities earnestly in the new service government. They need to be enhanced in their comprehensive qualities as soon as possible, and are encouraged to strengthen their responsibility consciousness, promoting the idea of the government transformation and the innovation.This article combines the basic condition and practical situation by applying the theory and method of public ethics in our country.
