Analysis On The Reconstruction Of Public Service Functions Of Township Governments In China

The acceleration of globalization and the advent of the era of network information,while boosting social development,have also brought new challenges and demands to the original government governance.Government governance mechanisms have been constantly transformed and government functions have been constantly changing.With the change of major social conflicts in the new era,people's desire for a better and happier life has continuously raised the demand for public services,and the function of public service has become one of the important functions of the government.As the grass-roots government in our country,the township government plays an irreplaceable role in the rural areas of our country.It is imperative to actively explore the reconstruction of public service function of Township Government.First of all,the article elaborates on the theory of public service function related domain from theory level;Secondly,it analyzes the system and its basic functions of the township government in our country,demonstrates the importance of the township government and the function of its public service,and expounds the background and the opportunity of the reconstruction of the public service function of the township government at the present stage;Thirdly,this paper analyzes the deviation of township government's public service function from two aspects of theory and reality and analyzes its causes from the aspects of concept,system and social environment.Finally,the article gives a general consideration of the reconstruction of the public service function of the township government in our country,explores the goal and value of the reconstruction and scientifically defines it.The article concludes with a conclusion that in the new era,China should uphold the value orientation of the supremacy of the public interest,people-oriented,democratic rule of law and fairness and justice,reconstruct the public service function system of township government with rule of law,democracy,efficiencyand forward-looking features from the four aspects of transforming function concept,expanding service authority,optimizing resource allocation and innovating service system...
