Research On The User Satisfaction Of Basic Education Network Schools

With the rapid development of information technology, people's daily study, life study also occurred rapidly changes. The change brought by the combination of traditional education and information technology also continues to mature and perfect in the field of basic education in our country. This will not only change the way of people learning and thinking, but also make the school toward networking, and diversification direction. Basic education online school is a novel educational way which is the application of e-learn teaching and networking technology. It played a supplement part in traditional classroom and also played a part in promoting the quality of education resource, sharing the chances of same education. However, basic education online school also exist many problems in the process of development.the basic education online school evaluation index system of user satisfaction was built to further understanding the problems meeting in the construction and development of basic education online school, and embarked from the user perspective and on the basis of the user satisfaction theory, and we also hope the index system could evaluate the current development of basic education online school. Large numbers of literature at home and abroad were referred to state the development and research status quo of network education. In this paper, we summarized the theory of user satisfaction as we would evaluate from the perspective of the user,and finally the questionnaires was prepared and take Beijing No. 4 Middle school's net school as an example to carry out the case study.After the preparation of the questionnaire, forecast was carried out first. The evaluating indicators was amended according to differences opinions, and detected quality of network education resources, website design of online school, technical support of website, quality of service of online school, teachers' specialization and the marketing strategy of online school were established, furthermore, 36 three-level used for the explanation of the four secondary evaluation index were also established. We used the SPSS22.0 software to analyze the reliability,validity and factor analysis of difference evaluating indicators. And we ensured the evaluating indicators, the questionnaires were issued to Beijing No. 4 Middle school's net school learners.User characteristics, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis of the data was carried out after collecting the questionnaire, then the satisfaction of indicators of second level was got, and finally the user satisfaction for the evaluation of basic education online school was obtained.It is in view of the various advice collected from the survey, and which was combined with user satisfaction evaluating indicators system of the questionnaire data, the problem existed inthe current basic education network school was analyzed and the promotion strategy of basic education network school used satisfaction was put forward to provide certain reference value for the construction and development of basic education school. Eventually, we summed up the research conclusion of this paper, analyzed the existed problems of the research, and envisaged the further research of future.
